Alex the Avenger

Welcome to Empower Kids Company, where I combined two of my favorite things: teaching and yoga. I specialize in creating engaging, inclusive enrichment programs that combine yoga, mindfulness, and arts and crafts to support children’s emotional regulation, focus, and creativity.

With a background in youth programs and experience working with children of diverse needs, I am passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where every child feels seen, capable, and confident. My classes are designed to help children build lifelong tools for managing emotions while having fun through movement and creativity.
